It was quite the snowy Saturday morning making it a pro showing for the Blades group. So what a great chance to have the coaches join in on the fun. The Purple Blades held control of this one the whole way through winning the game 6-2. Joey L led the way with the hat trick.

The Sabres teams seem to always have great games. This one was no different. White Sabres jumped out to a 2-0 lead with goals from Espen L and Nick V. But Wade B's first of the year brought thte Black Sabres within one. And with a minute left in the game and the goalie pulled, Ryder M scored to tie the game 2-2.

The Daggers teams were also missing a few key players on each end. But it was the Blue Daggers that were able to take advantage of things and storm to a 8-2 win. Jesse R led the way with the hat trick, Jacob M had a pair of goals, and Jaxen W, Jesse O, and Travis P also scored. Jacob S scored his first two goals of the year for the White Daggers.

It was a great day for Cutting Edge hockey. All three divisions had very tight games.

Things started with the Blades who battled very closely through the first period coming out 2-2 with goals from Brett M and Brandon W for the White Blades and Jordan K and Joey L replying for the Purple Blades. White Blades jumped out to a 4-2 lead in the 2nd with goals from Nick R and another from Brett M. The Purple Blades made it close with 2 more goals from Jordan K, giving him the hat trick. But it was Brett M's third goal of the game that gave the White Blades the victory.

The Black Sabres jumped out to an early lead with a goal from Curtis J. He was able to score again in the third to keep things close but it was Eddy Z show this week, who scored the hat trick for the White Sabres giving them the 3-2 win.

The Daggers clashed in the final game. So many chances but in the end it was a 1-1 tie. Travis P gave the early lead for the Blue Daggers but Kira B shut the door in goal the rest of the way for the White Daggers. Sean O scored the only goal for the White Daggers to ensure the tie.

The Blades teams kept things close the whole game. Tied after the first period, and again after the 2nd, it all came down to the third. Joshua K scored his third then FOURTH goal of the game for the Purple Blades, leading them to a 5-4 win.

The Black Sabres got off to a red hot start scoring 4 quick goals from Ryder M, Jesse K, Casey W and Ben K. But White Sabres didn't give up. They battled back with a pair of goals in the 2nd and again a pair of goals in the 3rd by Nick V, Joe B, Eddy Z and a pair from Mason M. However it was Ryder M's 2nd goal of the game that stood up for the Black Sabres to give them the 5-4 edge.

The Daggers battled back and forth but it was the White Daggers prevailing with a 5-1 win. Brock C scored a hat trick with Mariah H scoring her first goal of the season. Jacob M scored the load goal for the Blue Daggers.

The White Blades did it! They pulled off a 4-3 win. Another close game all the way through. It was Brett M's goal with minutes remaining in the third that gave them the victory.

These Sabres team continue to battle each and every game. This time ending in a 3-3 tie. Mason M led the way for the White Sabres with a pair of goals and Joe B also tucked one in. Ryder M, Colten M and Aidan T each scored for the Black Sabres.

There was plenty of chatter in the Blue Daggers' dressing room to make sure they took the win this week. And they did. Travis P led the scoring off with Jaxen W also tucking one in. Carson M sealed the victory with a pair of goals sending the Blue Daggers to a 4-0 win. Jacob M stopped all the shots he faced and was solid in the shutout.

The Blades teams put on a great show, battling back and forth all game long. Looked like it was going to be more of the same with the Purple Blades jumping out to a 2-0 lead in the first. But White Blades came back with a pair of goals in the 2nd from Tim C. Both teams worked hard in the third sending the game to a 4-4 tie and giving the White Blades their first point of the season.

Black Sabres were on their game Saturday. Austin A started the scoring off for the Black Sabres. Nick V scored to try to keep things close for the White Sabres but it was Ryder M's two goal to push the victory home. Aidan T also added one for the Black Sabres giving them the 4-1 win.

The Daggers team played a very tight game with the only goal scored by Brock C of the White Daggers. Travis P was very solid in net for the Blue Daggers but White Daggers took another one, 1-0.
