With a 1-0 lead in the series, Purple Blades didn't back down. Luke V netted a hat trick for the Purple Blades forcing their way to a 10-5 win to take the series... Or did they? After video review, it was determined that there may have been a clock issue in game #1 of the series. For that reason the Purple Blades have decided to put the trophy on the line for a winner takes all game this Saturday. Don't miss it as we play for the cup!

With their backs against the wall, down 1-0 in the series, White Sabres did everything they could to force a deciding game. They brought a 3-2 lead into the third but Black Sabres didn't back down and ended up popping 2 goals in the third. White Sabres just couldn't respond and unfortunately took the loss 4-3. Black Sabres win the 2012 trophy. We will play our final game this Saturday.

Down 1-0 in the series, the Blue Daggers were still confident. And they showed it, jumping out to a 1-0 lead by Michael D. But for the 2nd straight game Tommy H stood tall in net for the White Daggers and that would be all he would give up. Eddy Z, Jacob K, Callum R and Nate W each scored a goal leading the White Daggers to a 4-1 win and taking the 2012 trophy. We will play our final game this Saturday.

Wow! What a 1st week.

If you are a fan of the White Blades, then you may want to turn away. White Blades held a commanding 4-0 lead going into the third period thanks to goals from Joshua N, Zackary J and 2 from Joey L. Well that's the good news. The Purple Blades stormed back in the third to score 4 unanswered goals to force a shootout. That's where the Purple Blades finished the comeback and take the game 5-4 and go up 1-0 in the playoff series.

The Sabres game was tight all the way through. Both goalies kept things close but it was Black Sabres taking the 1st playoff game 3-1. Jonah V, Joshua H, and Joshua W scored for the Black Sabres. Joe B scored the only goal for the White Sabres.

The Daggers games was a nail biter. The game featured some great plays including 3 breakaways by White Daggers' Callum R that were all turned away by Joey C who was solid in net for the Blue Daggers. Through 2 periods both teams were tied at two with the third period solving nothing. Casey W scored both goals for the Blue Daggers. Jacob K and Nate W scored for the White Daggers. Going into the shootout, Ryder M was the only player able to sneak one by the hot goaltenders sending the White Daggers to a 3-2 win and a 1-0 series lead. Tommy H was able to stop all 3 shooters in the shootout to finish off a great game.

Well, we are down to our final 3 weeks of hockey which means it is Playoff Time! Each division will play a best out of 3 playoff series to see who comes home with the division championship trophy. Each division has shown to be some very tight hockey so they are bound to be great games. Come on out and cheer on your team!

Reminder, our end of the year party is on March 24th, once again at People's Church. There will be awards, gifts, highlights and of course food! More details to come.

It was White Blades turn to take the game 6-5 to finish off the regular season. Tim V woke up and scored a hat trick and Joshua N also added a goal in the win. Wins have been hard to come by for the White Blades finishing off the regular season with a 5-10-2 record against the Purple Blades

The two Sabres teams skated to a 3-3 tie. Adam W led his team with a pair of goals and Jonah V, Devon Z and Corey B each put one in for the Black Sabres. Aaron B played well in his first game in net. The Black Sabres go into the playoffs with a 9-2-6 record against the White Sabres.

The Daggers closed things off in a tight game. The Blue Daggers just squeaked out the 2-1 win. Hudson L had both goals for the Blue Daggers, while Eddy Z scored the loan goal for the White Daggers. Blue Daggers finish the regular season off with a 11-5-1 record over the White Daggers.

It was a snowy morning leaving many at home but for those that made it out, they saw plenty of ice time.
Purple Blades won their game 6-4 led once again by David O. This time with 5 goals and an assist to factor in on all 6 goals. Traves A also scored for the Purple Blades. Joey L scored a pair for the White Blades with Jordan T and Micheal V also finding the back of the net.

The Sabres teams had a close game all the way through until the Black Sabres moved out into the lead in the third and then sealed the win with an empty net goal making it 4-2. Kyle B, joshua H, Jonah V and Brandon W each scored for the Black Sabres. Nicolas R and Colin D each scored for the White Sabres. Colten M got his first win in net.

With a number of key players away, the White Daggers took every advantage of the Blue Daggers with a 6-1 win. Ryder M led his team with 4 goals, along with a goal each from Eddy Z and Callum R. Joshua V had the loan goal for the Blue Daggers.
