We hope everyone has been enjoying the hockey season so far and hope that you all have a great Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Saviour. See everyone back in Watford January 8th.

Purple Blades were able to pull off a 3-2 win pulling them even in the standings with the White Blades before the Christmas break. Dan O led the way for the Purple Blades with a goal and two assists. Jilanda S and Sam L each scored their first goals of the season but the White blades still fell short.
Another extremely entertaining game by the Sabres. Noah W and Joshua K sent the White Sabres to a 3-1 lead going into the third period but were unable to hold the lead. Tim V scored his second of the game and Jonah V also found the back of the net for the Black Sabres pulling the game even. Ben K was solid in the final minutes of play allowing the White Sabres to hold on for the 3-3 tie. These teams are tied with 8 points a piece going into the Christmas break.
The White Daggers charged to an 8-2 romp over the Blues this week to close out the 2010 year. The Blues did there best despite being out numbered this week and Breydon W picked up the 2 goals for his team. Jacob K continued his scoring dominance this week scoring 5 goals!! Clay K also popped 2 goals and Ryder M scored as well. The Blue Daggers have their work cut out for them after the Christmas break trailer the White Daggers by 4 points in the standings.

Reminder this is our last week of hockey before we break for Christmas. We get back going in Watford January 8.

The Blades team skated to a 3-3 tie this week. Led by a pair of goals from Simeon W for the Purple Blades. David V replied with a pair of his own goals for the White Blades. The two teams still sit very close in the standings separated by only two points.
The Black Sabres took control of this game early winning 5-2 and pulling them even in the standings with the White Sabres. Tim V and Kyle S each scored a pair of goals for the Black Sabres. Codey W was solid in net as he returned to action for the first time in 3 weeks. Michael G and Joshua K each put one in for the White Sabres.
The Blue Daggers jumped put to an early 3-1 lead and looked they would cruise to victory but the White Daggers wouldn't go down that easily. Carter W started the scoring for the Blues and Aiden T kept it rolling scoring 2 in the second and another in the third for the hat trick! Jacob K responded with a hat trick of his own scoring 3 in a row for the Whites. Colten M added another for the Whites late in the third to tie it up at 4 a piece. Austin A played a strong game in net for the Whites while Kyle C kept the game tied with a huge save off a breakaway late in the game.

Please note December 11 will be our last week before we shut down for the holidays. December 18 the Watford Arena will be holding Silverstick. With Christmas and New Years Day the following weeks we will continue play at the Watford Arena January 8.
